• Existing house was poorly renovated prior to client's purchase, with numerous code violations (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
Solutions
• Renewal repaired all items to meet current code
• Tie new roof seamlessly into old roof and building
Outcome
• Maintained original charm of 1920s Decatur bungalow, careful attention paid to finish details
• Heavily detailed pilasters and columns
• Special feature: tongue & groove beadboard on ceilings
