Project scope
• Original house destroyed by fire, razed to existing foundation; attached single car garage completely removed
• New plan based on existing foundation, additional foundation added to increase overall square footage
• Original house had three bedrooms, one bath and about 1,200 square feet
• New house has three bedrooms, two baths, 1,600 sq. ft., with large rocking chair front porch and 200 sq. ft. screened rear porch
• Craftsman styling throughout interior and exterior

• Attic (rafter bays) sealed with Icynene to dramatically increase efficiency of HVAC and overall air tightness of home, plus conditioned storage in attic
