• Architecturally designed with authentic Tudor details

Kitchen
Gutted, redesigned and replaced the kitchen using Schrock cabinetry, Bordeaux granite, Travertine tile backsplash, built-in wall ovens and refrigerator and new recessed lighting

Bath
Gutted and rebuilt master bathroom with custom walk-in shower, jetted tub with custom tub deck, Schrock cabinetry, Verde Jewel granite countertops and undermount sinks

Green aspects
• Icynene spray foam insulation in attic

• All exterior trim is either PVC extruded trim or James Hardie products

• Rinnai tankless water heater
