Project scope

Update kitchen in a style appropriate to historic craftsman architecture of home.

Challenge
Keep existing cabinetry and basic room layout.

Solution
Remove wall dividing breakfast nook from kitchen to allow more light and better use of space. Warm granite counter tops with beadboard accents, crown molding and new flooring tie together the new open plan for the room.

Outcome
New kitchen is lighter, brighter, and more convenient for cooking and entertaining. The new construction blends in seamlessly with the existing character of the home.
