Q: We are ready to start our renovation project, but we don't even know where to begin. How does your process work?

A: It seems overwhelming at first, but Renewal works hard to make the process easy. The good news is that Renewal Construction walks you through everything you need to know and guides you through the unknowns.

First, we schedule a home visit and meet with you and your family to evaluate the project scope and assess the project budget. We then perform a preliminary cost analysis, which is ballpark pricing based on historical data.

Next, we start our preconstruction phase of the project, which is preceded by the signing of the Construction Retainer Agreement and a deposit of 1-4% of the project cost.

The preconstruction phase consists of design and engineering, picking out finish selections, visiting showrooms, permitting, providing detailed pricing (preliminary and final), and scheduling. You'll also meet your Project Manager during this time.

Next is everyone's favorite, the construction phase! Your Guaranteed Renovation begins at groundbreaking and your retainer fee is applied to the project. When the construction phase nears completion, you get to perform a Pre-Drywall Signoff and a Job Completion Signoff, to ensure you're completely satisfied with the work we've done.

At the end of the project, you make a punchlist, items or tasks that need to be adjusted. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the project outcome.
