It was by far the most positive experience we have ever had with any contractor. We appreciate the care you took in assessing the job and preparing a clear and detailed estimate – and the meticulous way you kept up with all the changes as we went. (It did change, didn't it?)
We appreciate the way in which you talked us through each stage of the job, so that we understood what needed to be done and why, and what our options were, so that it never became overwhelming. (Crowded, yes, but not overwhelming.)
I cannot praise your crews too much – their reliability, the quality of their work, their friendliness and willingness to work around us when necessary. I was equally impressed with your ability to schedule and coordinate the other crews – the sanders, painters and electricians – and get them here when you said they would be. Thanks, too, for the time you spent on the site personally, checking the work, talking us through what was being done, and preparing us for the next stage. And – wonder of wonders, given what we've gone through before with other contractors – you set a schedule and kept to it, and it was all done when you said it would be. Bless you.
