Needless to say, I was overwhelmed. I had heard home renovation horror stories, and I was anxious about finding a company that I could trust. David and Peter Michelson walked me through every step of the way from the planning and demolition through all phases of construction and helped me make informed decisions about my new home.

The quality of Renewal's work was outstanding. Everyone involved in the project paid attention to detail, and I was always confident that each job was done expertly. All milestones were completed on schedule, and Renewal was very diligent about helping me work within my budget. David was always available if I had questions or concerns. He managed the project personally and went above and beyond to help with red tape that resulted from fire reports, insurance claims, etc.

In place of a two-bedroom, one-bath home destroyed by fire, I have a lovely new home. My house has so many wonderful features: the beautiful kitchen, the airy master bedroom that opens onto the screened-in porch, the exquisite hardwood floors, and tremendous energy efficiency, just to name a few.

I am grateful to Peter and David Michelson, Shereen Shaw, the office manager, and everyone at Renewal for turning a very difficult situation into an opportunity to have my dream home.
